Processing time
Most of my items ship out in 1-3 business days! Unless it is otherwise noted on the listing.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Secure Payment Options
All payments are processes through either Stripe or PayPal. Both are secure processing platforms tat allow you to sue your card or Paypal account. You can view their Privacy Policies on their websites or as you check out. I do not ever personally receive your credit card information.
Returns
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Request a cancellation before item has shipped
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. When the item is received safely back to me I will refund the amount of the purchase.

When will you restock your shop?
I restock my shop about once a month. Sometimes more than that. I always announce my shop updates on Instagram @ericarosepottery. You can always contact me if you have any questions!
Custom and Personalized Orders
Yes! I love doing customs as long as I feel I can do your idea justice with my technique and design. I open up custom orders when time allows and will announce it on my Instagram @ericarosepottery. Customs take me 4-6 weeks to complete. If I get it done sooner I will ship it as soon as it is finished!
Care instructions
My mugs are both dishwasher and microwave safe. BUT I personally hand wash all of my handmade ceramics to prolong the life of them. And I try to avoid taking a ceramic piece from really hot temperature to freezing cold right away. This puts stress on the piece that may result in a shortened lifespan for your piece. If you have any questions feel free to ask!
